Chef Jib began her culinary journey with Brasserie de Paris in 1997 at only 18 years old. From apprentice to Executive Chef, her story is one of passion, perseverance, and growth.
Influenced by chefs from France, Belgium, and Switzerland, she honed her craft to create refined, authentic dishes with elegance and heart. Today, she leads the kitchen with creativity, consistency, and a true love for French cuisine.
